The Sixth Edition was released September 2009 by the US Patent and Trademark Office.  A small number of changes that affect Chapters 1200 and 1400 were promulgated by the USPTO at the end of October 2009 and became Revision 1. We include these changes for our soft cover versions as a small, 6"x9" 12 page pamphlet that fits inside the cover of the 7"x10" TMEP free of charge.
